Insurance Corporation of BC
ICBC has recently updated their accident benefits to better support your care and recovery. ICBC will pay a pre-determined rate, regardless of the duration of the appointment. If the actual treatment costs exceed the amount payable by ICBC, you will be responsible for paying the difference and will not be able to recover the user fees from ICBC. For more information, please discus your treatment options at the time of booking.
To help us process the paperwork, please bring the following to your appointment:
- Current claim number
- Date of accident
- ICBC adjuster and/or your legal representative’s contact info
- Medical referral from your family doctor
Insurance Plans
Medical Coverage
You may be entitled to reduced rates or premium assistance, depending on your particular coverage plan. We recommend that you confirm your coverage in advance, as your provider may have specific requirements before approving a medical treatment.
BC Medical Services Plan
If you provide your date of birth and personal health number, we can check with MSP to see if you are eligible for premium assistance. MSP will pay $23 per treatment, with annual limits in place.
