The KLWNA Health and Wellness team continues to practice strict safety measures, designed to protect our staff and clients, while preventing further spread of COVID-19. We continue to review our cleaning procedures and have chosen to be proactive and enhance these methods as necessary. We’re taking additional measures to keep our clinic safe and clean for you, our staff, and the entire community.
- Patients are expected to cancel appointments and stay home if experiencing any known COVID or flu-like symptoms.
- Please arrive at your appointment alone and wear your facemask before entering our building.
- We are limiting unnecessary contact pre/post treatment by offering online intake forms through our online booking platform.
- We have implemented additional cleaning protocols for all spaces in our clinic. Treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned between sessions, as well as the reception area and other common areas.
- Hand sanitizer is available in the reception area, and other common areas. Patients are encouraged to use hand sanitizer immediately upon arrival at the clinic.
